All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, required upgrades discovered during installation, and specific product selections.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on manufacturer pricing, material costs, and labor rates.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.

Our installation work is guaranteed to meet all applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications. We warrant our workmanship for one year from the date of installation.

Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our installation warranty. We register all manufacturer warranties on your behalf and provide warranty documentation.

Emergency service response times are estimates and may vary based on technician availability, weather conditions, and service area.

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If we must reschedule your appointment due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and work to accommodate your schedule.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our technicians to perform services. This includes clear access to installation areas, parking availability, and workspace.

You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured during service visits and that installation areas are accessible.

We take reasonable care to protect your property during installations. However, we are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TanklessInstall.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.
